Bradcorp is one of three landowners working co-operatively with Wollondilly Council to investigate a new town at Wilton that would deliver high quality new housing, employment close to home, supporting infrastructure and services and a range of complementary land uses. It is anticipated that up to 12,000 new homes would be built and more than 11,000 jobs created in the Wollondilly Shire. The first stage in the planning process has been the drafting of a high-level Masterplan by Bradcorp, Walker Corporation and Governor's Hill proposing a community that offers a range of employment, community, recreation, commercial and health facilities integrated with the existing Wilton Village, Bingara Gorge and the Broader area.
